Ok, so I’ve upgraded to 2.0. In fact, the first time I did it was even before the official release when the first setup files just appeared at ftp archives such as this official mirror of Firefox developers community. Was it subjective or not, but I decided that this release is kind of rough and I uninstalled it. On the next day, the entire Internet got mad and I decided that sooner or later but I have to do it and I downloaded it again, this time from the official site. And now I had to deal with all those incompatibility issues. Things were not that bad, actually, and for that 1 day some plugins were updated, like the del.icio.us extension... read more →

The IT market has no borders. That’s a trite expression and, actually, a truism. Everyone is looking to outsource and everyone believes in outsourcing to countries with cheap labor such as India, China, and Russia after all. Usually you know only what country your developers are from. Apparently, that’s enough to decide whether to work with Indian, Chinese, or Moldavian programmers. The decision is based on price and some silly stereotypes about the nation. Not everyone takes into account where in the country their developers are based... read more →
