We understand that successful business should bear the responsibility to society where it originated. So from May 2006 the company started to provide aid to kids from Novosibirsk orphanages. For our effort to be as efficient as it can be we choose to provide address aid, i.e. helping the particular child rather then orphanage in general. This weekend we ate pilaf. We did it right - with hands, like they do it in Asia. A proper cauldron, whole bulbs of garlic, lamb and sunny weather made this pilaf a perfect one.
