Documents for Russian Visa

This is crazy how many different papers a company should submit to the government if a company wants to invite a foreign person just for a visit.

1. A Letter to the name of the head of the RF Federal Migration Service (FMS) in Novosibirsk region on the official form and stamped with the seal of the company, containing:

1. the name of the juridical person, in full and short forms if available, including the corporate one in Russian;
2. the organizational-legal status and the full address;
3. organization’s field of activity, which contemplates inviting foreigners (briefly);
4. information about the person (persons) having the right to act on behalf of the juridical person without a warranty of authority (the full name, position, essential elements of the ID) with a signature specimen;
5. information about the authorized representative(s) having the right to present documents and accept invitations (the full name, position, essential elements of the ID) with a signature specimen;
6. supposed number of invitations submitted per a calendar year.

2. Authenticated copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association / Foundation documents (Regulation).

3. Authenticated copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.

4. Authenticated copy of the Certificate of registration in the Ministry of Taxation of the Russian Federation.

5. Extract from the minutes or a copy of the order appointing the director.

6. Application to register in the Department of Internal Affairs.
