Last weekend, which happened to be a long one due to the national holiday, a team of freak snowriders went to Sheregesh ski resort to check if the snow in the mountains is real. It appeared to be true and untouched, and it was quite enough for powder skiing. The weather was warm and sunny, and the holiday turned out a success. The resort was not crowded as the season hasn’t been opened officially yet, and only true snowaholics dared to carve along virgin slopes. However, all the cafes, pulleys and chairs were fully functioning, and we exploited our skiing time to the fullest.
