Facing problems with your mailer is quite an annoying experience, and the main wish is always to keep all your messages safe and sound. I was lucky enough to have my problems solved timely and effortlessly by Yahoo!Mail Customer Care. I have always loved this service, but now I adore it even more.
What I like about Yahoo!Mail is its checking for viruses when you try to attach a file. Quite a useful feature, I would say. However, it may cause some inconveniences.
Yesterday I tried to send a letter to my address with an attached file (a .doc file with a Russian name). While scanning for viruses, Yahoo!Mail hung up and reported an error with a request to write to admin@yahoo-inc.com. To write the bug report asked, I try to log in and get to my mail. Fail. Should go to the Customer Care and send a form provided. Attaching files is prohibited with apologies, all the other functions like Note are working. I fill in the form and write a letter to the administrator. However, the latter doesn’t get its destination as the address is not valid. Oops. Have nothing to do but drink coffee. Another attempt to log in after an hour’s wait. What a miracle! My account appears to have been revived, all my letters are safe and even more – a letter from the Customer Care with apologies and thanks for getting in touch.
Now my choice is Yahoo!Mail and no one of free mailers but it. I liked their way of solving problems. Moreover, when a friend of mine had a problem with his account at mail.ru, his account was revived as well, but only after a couple of days and with the loss of all the messages. Communication deserves reliable mailers, don’t you think so?
